IUPUI; 2001-2002
NOTE: The UA Report on Cost and
Quality of Services includes cost, activity measurement, and user
satisfaction information for all UITS services that are funded in
whole or in part by UA (University Administration) accounts.
The costs shown herein may contain costs funded from IUB or IUPUI
accounts, if these accounts also contribute to the service’s delivery.
The activity measurements shown are from the entire population supported
by the service (potentially including IUB, IUPUI, regional campuses,
or a non-University audience); the user satisfaction reflects results
of surveys conducted at both IUB and IUPUI. The Funding column
in the report indicates the source of the accounts that fund each
service (ie IUB/UA indicates that a Service is funded by both IUB
and UA accounts).
Some services offered to the IUPUI community are
funded solely by UA accounts; the cost, activity measurements, and
user satisfaction for these services are detailed on the UA Report.
